Internet stranger here. I’m so grateful for a video update. Words on a page are nice, but video? While on narcotics? Super awesome! I’m sending love, hot chocolate and Lionel Richie thoughts in your direction. And by the way, you are absolutely right. Good, bad or ugly, life IS good!
I so look forward to your updates! You are a strong woman! I love that in the midst of a horrendous trial you choose joy. I’ve been focusing on this with my YW. Choose joy. There is always something to bring joy even in the midst of trial. Thank you for being the ultimate example of joy.

Just to giggle, to get choked up with you….yes your “bum talk” just endeared you more to me…:)….and to remember that yes, I do have a choice every single day in even the most darkest and frightening circumstances. My husband asked me last night, “Have you heard from Lara?” So your timing was great. You know you have prayers from this house. God will bless you for all the suffering you have gone through.. I have a diet coke in my hand so “Cheers”. I love the video because I can really see how you are doing. You are such a fighter and I know you will be ok. God wouldn’t put you through this if He didn’t have a special plan for you. God bless you and we love you.

I have no idea when you will ever see this but I loved this video! How in the world I didn’t see until now I have no clue because I’m actually super good at keeping up on your blog. N’ways, it made my cry! I wish I could think of something original to tell you that you haven’t heard but I’ll just reiterate everyone else and say, you’re strong, you’re amazing, you’re inspirational. You are all those things and then some! It breaks my heart that you have such a heavy burden to bear. Mostly because I know some of the trials you have already been through in this life and I think if anyone deserves a break it’s you! But obviously, like you said, God works in mysterious ways and he knows what is best for us right?
